How can I make a modification on my order?
Orders cannot be changed or modified once they are placed, please make sure during the checkout process that you chose the correct product sizing. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be canceled if there are critical errors in your order.
If you’re requesting an address change and your order has not been shipped we are able to update your shipping address. Please email us ASAP at support@nuclearfuckingwinter.com with your order number and the address you wish to change the delivery to.
If your package has shipped we, unfortunately, cannot make any changes to your order once it has gone out. Please contact the mail courier as they may be able to change your delivery address or redirect the package ASAP!

Our items are made to order in an effort to reduce waste, that means all sales are final. Please read our sizing charts in order to make sure you are ordering the correct size, as you will not be able to return or exchange your product.
